Do you already have one of those wonderful fun wooden castles for your bunny or small animal? I got one for my bunny Lychee and was concerned about the wood bottle on his feet so decided to make pads with the 100% Cotton batting that we have to keep him from developing problems with his feet. Not to mention it makes his castle look really cute!
We have various sizes to fit different brands of castles, please double check which brand castle you have before ordering, or even better measure the inside dimension to make sure it will fit. I make the pads about 1" bigger because it will shrink when you wash and dry it.

With each piece, you have your choice of two different 100% cotton fabric prints. Each pad will have one print on each side. Most of the prints I have are flannel, however I have brought in a lot of regular quilting cotton which will be indicated with "non-flannel" in the description. The difference is that flannel is a brushed cotton and is warmer, a little thicker, is a little more absorbable and softer. However, it has to be washed on cold and dried on low or it will get rough and pilly. The quilting non flannel cotton is like your bed sheet material. It is cooler to the touch and can be washed on warmer temperatures, however it does show wrinkles more.
In between the cotton fabric, there are 4 layers of 100% high loft cotton batting, which makes it about 1/2" -3/4" thick before washing. The ramp is made with 3-4 layers of the batting depending on the weight of the two bigger pads. This cotton batting is what makes our pads unique from most pet pads as most are made with polyester poly fill or cotton with polymer in it as it is cheaper. The cotton we bring in is the best you can buy as it is 100% Cotton with nothing added. So it's eco friendly, bunny safe and biodegradable. You can feel good giving it to your bun knowing they will be safe and it won't harm the environment.
After washing and drying, the pads do shrink some, and thickens about 1/8" in thickness and will shrink about 1/2" - 1" on the edges (this is why I make it a little bigger).
I made the pads for the bottoms of the Tokihut castles 13" x 13" so it's a little bigger, this actually makes it easier to slide the castle. But you can always just order the size of the tops if you just want it to fit into the bottoms just right.

Please note, if you choose a fabric where there is a print where it runs one direction, the picture is may be sideways if you order the ramp. So if you are particular, you may want to choose a print that has the print scattered all around not one directional. I will contact you if I run out of your selected print, so please check your email, or if you never check your email I can text you if you leave a number with your order.
Please also note that I am hand assembling and machine sewing each piece myself, so measurements may be just a little different as the batting at times shifts when I'm sewing. I hand sew each pad closed, so there is one part of the pad along the edge where you will notice this if you look for it. Each pad is top stitched on the top to ensure that the flat batting inside does not bunch up, as the material stretches a little, you may see a tiny overlap in one of the corners on the top stitch.
To view the prints bigger, you can enlarge the screen on your mobile device, and click on the picture to see it bigger on the top of the screen. To pick your two prints - click on the swatch you want and it will have a teal border. You have your choice of two different prints. If you change your mind, just click on the one you changed your mind about, and the border will come off so you can choose another.
Our home is a smoke free home, and we wash all our fabric in a non toxic detergent.
Depending upon our orders, it takes about 3 to 7 days for me to complete the set, then I feverishly run it to the post office to get it to you as soon as possible.
Please note none of these castle manufacturers with the exception of Paw Kreations is working in tandem with me doing these pads, I am designing them to fit various castles for the bunsumer. If I have it listed as an option, it means I have made a set for it before so I'm basing the fit off prior customers measurements and feedback.
