Design Your Own 100% Cotton Bunny Bedding Set for Wood Bunny Beds

Have you purchased a wooden bed for your bunny but are concerned about their feet or that they will eat the synthetic polyester bedding that it came with, or wanted a set to match your color scheme or decor? My bun Lychee and I handmake 100% cotton bunny safe reversable bedding sets for common wood beds that many bunny owners have.

We also include the gift of a name decal for their bed as a thank you gift!

Our 3 bedding set includes a mattress pad, organic cotton filled pillow and blanket.  Our 2 piece bedding set includes a bedding pad and organic cotton filled pillow.  They are made from your choice of two different prints, each of the individual prints will be on one side of each of the items, so they are reversible - you get two looks in one bed set!  

The materials used in our regular set is bun chewer friendly and biodegradable, as the 2 pieces of fabric on the outside of each piece is 100% cotton and the four layers of high loft batting for the pad is 100% cotton without any scrim (synthetic material) added. I use 100% Cotton thread as well. The pillow is stuffed with 100% organic ginned cotton with the seeds removed.  Please note that after washing and drying, the cotton tends to bunch up together a little so you may need to re fluff it a little by pulling the fibers apart from outside of the pillow.  I do stuff it pretty full though, so you shouldn't have that much of a problem.  I do have poly fil (polyester) filling in stock, but do not have it listed as a choice, you can put in the notes section that is what you'd like for the pillow if you prefer that.

I offer two types of material for our bed sets.  The most common is cotton flannel, most of those are listed first.  The non flannel will be labeled as Not Flannel. What is the difference? The flannel is brushed by the manufacturer to make it soft as well as a little more absorbent and a little warmer but needs to be washed on cold, gentle and dried on low. The regular cotton looks better after washing if you do so on warmer temperatures, is not as absorbent, but will still be somewhat absorbent because of the several thick layers of cotton. After drying though it may wrinkle, so you may have to iron if you care about that.  The regular cotton is a little cooler also.  You can mix and match the two, flannel and non flannel.

All pieces are washable and with proper care they should last a really long time.

Please note that I am hand assembling and machine sewing each piece myself, so measurements may be just a little different as the batting at times shifts when I'm sewing.  I hand sew each pad closed, so there is one part of the pad along the edge where you will notice this if you look for it.  Each pad is top stitched on the top to ensure that the flat batting inside does not bunch up.

Our home is a smoke free home, and we wash all our fabric in a non toxic non fragranced detergent.  

Depending upon our orders, it takes about 3 to 7 business days for me to complete the set, then I feverishly run it to the post office to get it to you as soon as possible.  If you choose to communicate via text then I can text you the final product.  You can also message me using the messenger icon or thru email.
